Explaining Sales Ladder: Provide CPs with a clear understanding of our sales ladder and how it can benefit their business.
Value Proposition: Articulate the value proposition of our projects, showcasing the benefits and advantages that make us stand out in the market.
Relationship Building: Foster long-lasting relationships with CPs through regular communication and support, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to provide CPs with accurate and relevant information. Keeping abreast with competitors strategies, and conduct market research.
Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets by converting CP leads into project bookings. Organizing sales plan and strategies for targets achievement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree.
- Proven years of experience in real estate.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits as needed.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
