Position Overview
The Operations & Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth while ensuring seamless execution of projects from enquiry to commissioning. The role combines strategic sales, project coordination, manufacturing planning, customer relationship management, and operational excellence to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.

1. Business Development & Sales
- Generate new business opportunities for:
- Façade Cleaning
- Glass Cleaning
- Rope Access Services
- High-Level Cleaning
- Building Maintenance Services
- Anchor System Inspection & Certification
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- Identify and approach:
- Commercial Buildings
- IT Parks
- Hospitals
- Hotels
- Shopping Malls
- Airports
- Residential Townships
- Industrial Facilities
- Facility Management Companies
- Meet Facility Managers, Property Managers, Developers, Architects, Consultants, PMC's, and Procurement Teams.
- Conduct site inspections to understand project requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and close contracts.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, CRM, digital platforms, and cold calling.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct periodic customer meetings.
- Handle customer complaints promptly.
- Ensure timely renewals of AMC and CAMC contracts.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
3. Operations Management
- Plan and coordinate daily façade cleaning activities.
- Allocate manpower, equipment, consumables, and logistics.
- Ensure timely mobilization of rope access teams and equipment.
- Coordinate with clients for work permits and access approvals.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within committed timelines.
- Maintain optimum utilization of manpower and equipment.
4. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Verify that all rope access personnel possess valid certifications.
- Ensure use of PPE and safety equipment.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Maintain site documentation including:
- Risk Assessment
- Method Statement (RAMS)
- Permit to Work
- Safety Checklists
5. Financial Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations and costing.
- Monitor project profitability.
- Control project expenses.
- Follow up outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with Accounts for invoicing.
6. Team Management
- Supervise site supervisors and technicians.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Plan manpower deployment.
- Train team members on customer service and safety.
7. Reporting & MIS
Prepare and submit:
- Weekly Sales Report
- Sales Pipeline Report
- Monthly Revenue Forecast
- Proposal Status Report
- Project Execution Report
- Equipment Utilization Report
- Customer Feedback Report
- Collection Report
- Monthly Business Review (MBR)

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or Facility Management.
- MBA preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in:
