Experienced in handling the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and customer engagement to site visits, follow-ups, booking, and final deal closure. Proven track record of meeting sales goals while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for flats and residential properties.
- Engage directly with prospective customers through face-to-face meetings.
- Present project features, pricing details, and available payment options.
- Organize and conduct site visits and property demonstrations.
- Negotiate with customers and successfully finalize sales agreements.
- Follow up with prospective buyers to convert leads into bookings.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and lead databases.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth booking, documentation, and handover processes.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
