Responsibilities:

Lead the UI/UX design process for new and existing software products, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify user needs and behaviors.

Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as necessary.

Collaborate with product teams to define user requirements and integrate user feedback into design improvements.

Create visually appealing design prototypes using tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

Ensure that all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and contribute to the development of brand identity.

Mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to raise the bar for UI/UX design.

Stay updated on current industry trends and technologies, and integrate best practices into design processes.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a must. (Knowledge of Angular/React is a plus)

Minimum of 7 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a software development environment.

Strong portfolio showcasing previous work on digital products and design solutions.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop or equivalent.

Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
-
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.

Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
Desirable Skills:

Experience leading design projects or teams.
