Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer with experience in Fiber Laser Cutting Machines to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, servicing, maintenance, and customer support for fiber laser machines at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of fiber laser cutting machines
- Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and software-related issues
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer locations
- Machine alignment, calibration, and testing
- Customer training and technical support
- Coordination with internal technical and production teams
- Preparing service reports and maintaining documentation
- Ensuring timely response and service closure
Required Skills
- Experience in Fiber Laser Cutting Machines is mandatory
- Knowledge of CNC systems, servo drives, laser source, chiller, and nesting software
- Ability to read electrical drawings and machine schematics
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to travel for onsite service support
Qualification
- Diploma / BE in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field
