We are looking for a proactive, organized, and patient-focused Operations Executive to support and coordinate hospital operations across Karnataka.
The selected candidate will be based in Vijayawada and will support operational activities for our hospitals in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.

Key Responsibilities:
Hospital Operations
- Support the day-to-day operational management of hospitals
- Ensure hospital readiness including cleanliness, equipment readiness, and staff coordination
- Monitor patient registration, consultation flow, admission, discharge, and overall patient movement
- Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, nursing, diagnostics, pharmacy, counselling, and front office teams
- Monitor patient waiting time and ensure efficient queue management
- Ensure smooth operational flow across departments
Patient Experience Management
- Ensure patients receive proper guidance throughout their hospital visit
- Address patient concerns professionally and escalate unresolved issues when required
- Coordinate with departments to improve service efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Ensure reports and discharge turnaround times (TAT) are maintained as per organizational standards
- Support collection and tracking of:
- Google Reviews
- NPS (Net Promoter Score)
- OP & IP feedback
- Video testimonials
Operational Coordination
- Support doctor scheduling and hospital service planning
- Ensure proper communication regarding schedule changes or service availability
- Support patient counselling coordination
- Coordinate with Head Office and internal stakeholders for operational requirements
- Support tie-up and coordination activities with State Heads whenever required
- Travel across Karnataka hospitals as part of operational responsibilities
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports including:
- Patient footfall
- Revenue summaries
- Appointment utilization
- Service turnaround times
- Maintain operational dashboards and MIS reports
- Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of operational data
Inventory & Facility Management
- Monitor stock levels of consumables and operational supplies
- Coordinate procurement requirements with the central supply chain team
- Report equipment breakdowns and coordinate maintenance support
- Ensure overall facility upkeep and operational readiness
Compliance & Financial Coordination
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational protocols
- Support documentation and compliance requirements for audits and accreditations
- Ensure statutory compliance as per organizational and local guidelines
- Assist in daily billing coordination and revenue reconciliation
- Follow up on pending payments and support audit processes
Qualifications & Experience
- Any Graduate (BBA / Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / BSc Life Sciences preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitals, clinics, healthcare, or wellness organizations
- Exposure to Hospital Information Systems (HIS) preferred
- Candidates with strong coordination and patient handling skills will be preferred
Travel Requirement
- Travel across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana is mandatory
- Travel and accommodation expenses will be covered by the company
