Position: Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Book train tickets through IRCTC or authorized travel agents.
- Coordinate cab bookings for employees, clients, and visitors.
- Arrange hotel accommodations.
- Coordinate with travel agencies for bookings, modifications, cancellations, and refunds.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective travel arrangements.
- Maintain records of travel bookings, invoices, and travel expenses.
- Coordinate inward and outward courier and parcel dispatches.
- Maintain courier registers and tracking records.
- Liaise with courier service providers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of documents and materials.
- Assist in maintaining office infrastructure and ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained workplace.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, pest control, and other facility-related services.
- Monitor office supplies and raise purchase requisitions as required.
- Ensure proper upkeep of meeting rooms, common areas, and office equipment.
- Support asset and inventory management activities.
- Coordinate guest house bookings for employees and visitors.
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and availability of guest house facilities.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor support for the guest house.
- Maintain guest house occupancy records and related documentation.
- Assist the HR Department in organizing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and events.
- Support the arrangement of logistics for training programs, town halls, induction sessions, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Manage event materials, venue arrangements, refreshments, and employee communication.
- Maintain administrative records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for administrative requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports related to travel, courier, guest house, and administrative activities.
- Perform any other administrative responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in Administration, Office Assistance, Facility Management, or Travel Coordination.
- Freshers with strong organizational and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
