Key Responsibilities • Develop detailed Mechanical BIM models (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) using Revit as per US project standards. • Prepare LOD 300–400 models, construction documents, and shop drawings. • Perform clash detection and coordination with other disciplines (Architectural, Structural, Electrical). • Interpret design drawings, specifications, and markups from US clients/consultants. • Ensure compliance with US codes and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, etc.). • Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams and attend coordination meetings as required. • Maintain BIM standards, templates, and documentation. • Support project delivery within timelines and quality benchmarks. Required Skills & Qualifications • Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Mechanical BIM Modeler. • Strong proficiency in Revit MEP (mandatory). • Hands-on experience in US projects is required. • Good knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, and equipment layouts. • Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination. • Familiarity with US building codes and standards. • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications. • Strong communication and coordination skills. Preferred Skills • Experience working directly with US clients or consultants. • Knowledge of BIM execution plans (BEP) and project workflows.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
