About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of products/services and proven experience in generating leads and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain product/service details and convince customers to generate leads or sales.
- Maintain and update the customer database in the system.
- Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales or appointments.
- Address customer queries and complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a daily call report and performance record.
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.
- Coordinate with the sales or support team when required.
- Ensure good customer relationships and satisfaction.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present and explain technical solutions to clients clearly.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Result-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online research.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate (preferred: B.Com, BBA, BA)
Salary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
