We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in Networking and IT Infrastructure solutions. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new clients, and expanding existing accounts in areas such as networking, security systems, and IT hardware solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Networking and IT Infrastructure domain
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close sales deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable networking solutions
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution design, implementation, and delivery
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure

- Networking solutions (Switches, Routers, Access Points)
- IT Infrastructure & Hardware (Servers, Storage)
- CCTV, Access Control, and Security Systems
- Good understanding of enterprise solutions and system integration
