Position: BIM ArchitectRole Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented BIM Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) across various stages of architectural projects. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure high-quality project delivery, seamless coordination, and technical accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed BIM models using Revit.
- Produce accurate architectural drawings, documentation, and construction details.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams including architecture, structure, and MEP consultants.
- Ensure BIM standards, workflows, and data integrity are maintained throughout project execution.
- Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks.
- Support project teams in design development, documentation, and model optimization.
- Assist in implementing efficient BIM workflows and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 2–5 years of professional experience in BIM modeling and Revit-based projects.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction documentation, and detailing.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Knowledge of Rhino and Grasshopper will be considered an added advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
