Role Description
The Ticketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for managing day-to-day ticketing operations and delivering seamless travel booking services. The role involves handling flight ticket bookings, cancellations, reissues, and modifications while ensuring accuracy in fare calculations, travel itineraries, schedules, and passenger details. The Ticketing Executive will coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and internal teams to resolve ticketing-related queries efficiently and provide exceptional customer support throughout the booking process. Maintaining accurate records, adhering to company policies, and ensuring timely completion of ticketing transactions are key responsibilities of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of ticketing and reservation processes, with experience using GDS and airline booking systems.
- Ability to process bookings, cancellations, refunds, reissues, and itinerary changes accurately.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with a professional approach to client interactions.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to handle fare rules, schedule changes, and travel-related queries.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple bookings efficiently.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment while collaborating with internal teams.
- Prior experience in ticketing, travel operations, or a similar role is preferred.
- A diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
