What We're Looking For:
- Strong hands-on experience across both frontend and backend development
- Ability to own complete feature delivery from database to UI
- Experience building scalable React applications and .NET services
- Strong understanding of API design, testing, and Agile/Scrum delivery
- Azure cloud exposure is highly preferred
Nice to Have:
- Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into applications
- Exposure to AI coding assistants and modern development practices
