Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Embedded Hardware Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced embedded hardware products from concept through production.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in electronic hardware design, PCB development, hardware validation, and team leadership while collaborating closely with firmware, mechanical, testing, and manufacturing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Embedded Hardware Engineers.
- Own the complete hardware development lifecycle, including:
- Requirement analysis
- System architecture
- Schematic design
- PCB design review
- Prototype development
- Hardware validation
- Production support
- Design reliable embedded systems using:
- Microcontrollers (MCUs)
- Processors (MPUs)
- Sensors
- Connectivity modules
- Power management circuits
- Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, QA, and product teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Review schematics, PCB layouts, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Ensure designs comply with EMI/EMC, safety, and certification standards.
- Perform hardware debugging, root cause analysis, validation, and performance optimization.
- Coordinate with vendors for component selection, manufacturing support, and DFM/DFT implementation.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including:
- Design specifications
- Test reports
- Release documentation
- Design guidelines
- Plan project schedules, allocate engineering tasks, and ensure timely project delivery.

- Experience in complete hardware product development from concept to mass production is preferred.
