JOB DESCRIPTION:Verification of NABH HOPE- Full Accredidation Portal.Manual Preparation and Amendments of existing Policies.Forms & Formats Modifications for case sheets and various departments.Formulation of New committees and Quality Indicators.Check NABH stds and GAP Analysis in systemVerification of Annual calendar activities for Branches.Preparation of training schedule for Quality Staff.Department training for Quality StaffImplementation of clinical Audits in the units.BRANCH VISITSVisit to local branches and outstation unit’s visit must be once in a month. Each unit- Number of days in unit must be continuous 4 days.Conduct facility Rounds with Branch safety teamVerification of Quality Indicators Raw DataVerification of Committees functioningVerification of Audit ReportsVerification of Outsource facility Audit Reports.Risk Management analysis like – Incidents Management, Hazmath management, Conduct Random department AuditsConduct/Initiate Mock drill to check the staff responseTake training session on Hospital wide Policies for branch staff.Random Audit of Case sheets. Ensure implementation of department training by respective in charges TEAM MANAGEMENT. It includes monitoring of daily activities of Quality Executives Strict adherence to the Annual calendar. Leave Management of Quality Executives. MISC Investors Data – Data as requested by Investors. Data for insurance as and when required Quality Indicators Presentation – Monthly Assignment of Quality staff to units Key Result Areas / Roles & Responsibilities Primary : capturing of Quality indicators and Conducting Hospital Committee meetings as per the schedule. Safety and facility audit. Secondary : Internal Audit of all depatrtments, Surviellence Activities, Case sheet audit, conduct mock drills. Key Performance Indicators Implementation of Standards and SOP’s, conducting internal audit based on NABH standards, monitoring infection control activities like cleaning protocols, fogging, case sheet audits. Quality rounds of hospital premise. Gathering and presenting Department wise Quality Indicators, CAPA. Conducting mock drills and training staff deployed on premise as per prescribed standard. Skills/Competencies Functional Skills: Verbal / written communication skills, conflict resolution. Behavioural Skills: Relationship building, adaptability. Competencies: Critical thinking, attention to detail. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications – Graduation with PG in Hospital Administration or Hospital Management Technical Qualifications – MS Office Minimum 5 + years relevant experience Able to speak local launguage along with English and Hindi
