A Telesales Executive (Real Estate) is responsible for generating and qualifying sales leads over the phone, promoting real estate projects, and scheduling meetings or site visits for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided databases and marketing leads.
- Explain property features, pricing, location advantages, and ongoing offers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Generate and qualify leads for the field sales team.
- Schedule property site visits and meetings with sales representatives.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects to nurture leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely information.
