Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The role involves working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, Computer Vision applications, and MLOps practices to support business and product objectives.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in machine learning, deep learning, model deployment, and cloud-based AI infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML solutions for business applications.
- Build and optimize Large Language Model (LLM) powered applications.
- Develop and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for information retrieval and knowledge-based systems.
- Create and deploy Computer Vision models for image and video analysis tasks.
- Implement machine learning workflows, model training, evaluation, and monitoring processes.
- Develop scalable APIs and services for AI model integration.
- Manage model deployment, versioning, and lifecycle using MLOps best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and data teams.
- Monitor model performance and recommend improvements based on business requirements.
- Maintain documentation for AI systems, workflows, and technical processes.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry developments in AI and machine learning.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks.
- Experience with deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI applications.
- Experience building and optimizing RAG-based systems.
- Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search concepts.
- Experience with Computer Vision techniques and frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of MLOps tools and model deployment practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related domains.
- Experience working on production-grade AI applications.
- Knowledge of data engineering and distributed computing frameworks is a plus.
