- Welcome every customer with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable outfits.
- Provide styling advice based on current fashion trends.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally.
Sales & Targets
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Promote ongoing offers, memberships, and promotional campaigns.
- Increase Average Bill Value (ABV) and Units Per Transaction (UPT) through cross-selling and upselling.
- Encourage customers to purchase complete looks and accessories.
Store Operations
- Ensure merchandise is neatly displayed and replenished.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist in stock receiving, tagging, folding, and replenishment.
- Keep fitting rooms clean and organized.
- Support stock counts and inventory audits.
Billing & POS
- Assist customers during the billing process.
- Handle POS transactions accurately.
- Promote loyalty programs and membership benefits.
Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on new arrivals, collections, fabrics, and sizing.
- Understand product features to confidently recommend items.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Good fashion sense and styling ability.
- Positive attitude with a team-player mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Previous retail or fashion experience is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Working Hours
- Flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Rotational weekly off as per company policy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
