The IPD Billing Executive is responsible for accurate inpatient billing, emergency billing coordination, insurance/TPA documentation, and ensuring transparent financial transactions as per hospital policies. The candidate must be willing to work 12-hour rotational shifts, including emergency duty coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage IPD patient bills from admission to discharge
- Handle advance collections and billing adjustments
- Coordinate with Nursing Station, Doctors, and Pharmacy for charge entry accuracy
- Prepare final bills and discharge clearance documentation
- Handle emergency case billing and immediate payment coordination
- Process cash, card, UPI, and TPA billing transactions
- Ensure accuracy in package billing and procedure charges
- Maintain daily billing reports and shift handover records
- Verify approvals for insurance/TPA patients
- Resolve patient billing queries professionally

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in Commerce / Hospital Administration / Relevant Field
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in hospital IPD billing
- Experience in handling emergency billing preferred
- Knowledge of hospital billing software
- Understanding of TPA & insurance process
- Strong communication and coordination skills
