Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Gifting & B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new corporate clients and managing key accounts. The role involves field sales, client meetings, lead generation, relationship management, and revenue generation through corporate gifting, branding, printing, promotional merchandise, and customized business solutions.
The ideal candidate should have experience in handling B2B inquiries through platforms such as IndiaMART, Justdial, and TradeIndia, along with a strong ability to convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, field visits, and market research.
- Manage and respond to inquiries received through IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, website forms, referrals, and other lead-generation channels.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand business requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Generate business for corporate gifting, branding, printing, promotional merchandise, and customized corporate solutions.
- Qualify leads, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients for repeat business and account growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of orders and projects.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
RequirementsMust Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and client management abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales activities.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, CRM tools, and business applications.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Corporate Gifting, Branding, Printing, Promotional Merchandise, or related industries.
- Hands-on experience with IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, and similar B2B lead-generation platforms.
- Experience in lead qualification, inquiry management, quotation follow-ups, and sales conversions.
- Existing corporate network and client relationships will be an added advantage.
- Additional language proficiency is a plus.
