Key Responsibilities
- Drafting & Reviewing: Preparing legal documents, contracts, affidavits, and notices.
- Legal Research: Investigating legal issues and keeping up-to-date with relevant legislation.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensuring company activities comply with regulations and mitigating legal risks.
- Case Management: Assisting with litigation, managing files, and preparing briefs.
- Communication: Interacting with external counsel, clients, and authorities.
- Specialization: Focusing on areas like real estate, conveyancing, corporate, or healthcare law.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: A law degree (LLB/LLM) or equivalent professional legal qualifications.
- Experience: Typically requires 1-3+ years of experience in a legal role or corporate environment.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, contract management skills, and excellent communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
