We are hiring a highly skilled, hands-on Senior SAP Technical Architect to join our team. This is a senior, individual-contributor position for someone who writes production-quality code, leads technical and requirements discussions, drives modernization initiatives, and provides timely production support while delivering scalable, maintainable SAP solutions across ECC, S/4HANA and cloud landscapes.

What You Will Do
- Own the design and delivery of scalable, maintainable SAP solutions aligned with enterprise standards and Clean Core principles.
- Lead S/4HANA transformation and ECC migration initiatives (Greenfield (new implementation, Brownfield/system conversion and landscape transformation strategies)
- Work hands-on as a developer to build, test, and deliver high-quality SAP enhancements and extensions while meeting delivery commitments.
- Lead development and requirements workshops with architects, functional teams, integration partners, and business stakeholders to convert business needs into actionable technical plans.
- Drive modernization, production issue resolution, and development governance (quality, performance, and compliance) across SAP landscapes.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, promote reuse and best practices, and take end-to-end accountability for technical deliverables.
- Continuously evaluate emerging SAP technologies, modernization opportunities, and innovation trends to support enterprise transformation initiatives.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Seasoned SAP Technical Architect with 8-12 years of hands-on experience across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). You bring deep technical expertise, a delivery-first mindset, and the ability to lead complex SAP transformations from design through execution.
You have hands on expertise in
- S/4HANA transformation and ECC migration (Greenfield (new implementation), Brownfield / System Conversion and Landscape Transformation)
- Deep S/4HANA development experience
o Core Data Services (CDS Views)
o ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP)
o RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP)
o ABAP on HANA development and optimization
- Practical experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
o BTP ABAP Environment
o Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP)
o Business Application Studio (BAS)
o ABAP Development Tools (ADT) and Eclipse IDE
- UI/UX Development: SAP Fiori, SAPUI5 , Web Dynpro ABAP and Floorplan Manager (FPM)
- Hands-on experience with SAP output and forms management such as Smart Forms, Adobe Forms
- Experienced in building and managing SAP and cross-system integrations
o REST APIs and SOAP Web Services
o RFC / BAPI remote function calls
o OData v2 and v4 service development and consumption
o Proxy and Web Services integration patterns
- Drive SAP modernization and quality initiatives including
o Custom Code Remediation for S/4HANA compatibility
o ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC) and Static Code Analysis
o HANA Performance Optimization
o Simplification Item Analysis for S/4HANA readiness
o Data migration using Migration Cockpit, SLT, and SUM/DMO
- Experience designing and developing SAP Workflow solutions to automate and streamline end-to-end business processes
- Demonstrated SAP functional development exposure in at least two or more of the following modules ( Quality Management (QM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM) , Warehouse Management/Extended Warehouse Management (WM/EWM), Financial Accounting (FI), Global Trade Services (GTS) and Product Lifecycle Management/Environment, Health & Safety Management (PLM/EHSM)) .
- Hands-on delivery owner who writes production-quality code, takes end-to-end technical ownership, and resolves complex production issues with a structured and analytical approach.
- Excellent communicator who bridges the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, articulating complex architectural decisions clearly and concisely.

- Proven ECC support and S4 HANA modernization accomplishments
- Exposure to SAP Joule, SAP Build/Build Process Automation, SAP Integration Suite, Git / gCTS (Git-enabled Change and Transport System), CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment) pipelines and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
- Business process knowledge in regulated manufacturing and medical/pharma environments (GxP, FDA, Batch Management process)
