We are expanding our operations and are looking for a result-oriented Area Sales Manager to oversee and manage multiple retail outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing outlet staff, ensuring stock accuracy, and executing promotional activities in the Allotted District inside Kerala.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise multiple retail outlets within the assigned area
- Monitor daily sales performance and achieve monthly targets
- Handle staff management, attendance, discipline, and performance tracking
- Ensure proper stock control, inventory checks, and timely replenishment
- Maintain store hygiene, branding standards, and operational discipline
- Execute promotional activities and support marketing initiatives
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and stock reports
- Coordinate with head office for operations, logistics, and compliance
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, FMCG, or store management
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills
- Willingness to travel and manage multiple locations
- Ability to work under targets and pressure
- Priority: Active candidates willing to relocate inside the state
