Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Incharge to oversee the maintenance operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of production equipment, utilities, and plant machinery while minimizing downtime and maximizing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure the efficient operation of production machines, utilities, and facility equipment.
- Monitor maintenance schedules and maintain service records.
- Lead and guide the maintenance team to achieve operational targets.
- Coordinate with production and quality departments for uninterrupted plant operations.
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance-related procurement requirements.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance systems.
- Experience in handling plant machinery and utility equipment.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Good problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
Eligibility:
- B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
- 5–7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
