About Dashrath Putra Foundation (DPF)
At the Dashrath Putra Foundation, our core philosophy is "Bhakti is Shakti, Sewa is Kartavya." We believe true devotion is expressed through the service of creation. We are actively expanding our national animal welfare services, working toward an ambitious goal of establishing 5,000 feeding points and five specialized animal hospitals, currently running one in gurugram.
Our mission spans multiple pillars: Animal Sewa, Sanatan Sewa, Human Sewa, and Nature Sewa. Additionally, our Tech-Sewa initiative plays a crucial role by providing essential technical infrastructure and digital tools to other grassroots organizations. We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Fundraising Team Leader to expand our reach, inspire the public, and build a strong community of donors.
Role Overview:
As a Fundraising Team Leader, you will be the on-ground face of the Dashrath Putra Foundation. You will lead, train, and motivate a team of field fundraisers to engage with the public, share our vision, and secure regular financial contributions. This role requires a dynamic leader who thrives in outdoor field settings, loves talking to people, and is driven by targets and social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of field fundraisers to effectively communicate DPF’s mission to the public.
- On-Ground Campaign Management: Lead daily face-to-face (F2F) donor acquisition campaigns across prime locations, corporate parks, and public events.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly team fundraising goals to support our expanding welfare projects.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all interactions with the public maintain the highest standards of integrity, respect, and enthusiasm.
- Reporting: Track team performance, manage donor registration forms accurately, and provide regular field reports to the management team.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in face-to-face fundraising, field sales, or direct marketing (experience in the NGO sector is highly preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.
- A target-driven mindset with the resilience to handle rejections gracefully.
- A genuine passion for social causes, particularly animal welfare, community building, and digital literacy.
- Ability to work flexible hours and spend significant time in the field.
