We are looking for a dedicated and versatile Skin Practitioner to join our growing team. This is a dual-responsibility role where you will provide high-quality aesthetic treatments and ensure the smooth daily operation of our clinic.
The ideal candidate has a passion for skincare, a professional clinical demeanor, and the ability to switch gears between managing patient inquiries at the reception and assisting in procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Procedures: Perform advanced skin treatments (e.g., chemical peels, hydra-facials, hair mesotherapy) and operate aesthetic lasers under supervision.
- Doctor Assistance: Assist our lead Dermatologist during complex procedures, ensuring all clinical protocols and hygiene standards are met.
- Front-Desk Management: Handle the reception desk, including greeting patients, managing the appointment calendar, and processing billing.
- Patient Care: Explain post-procedure care, and follow up with patients regarding their treatment progress.
- Clinic Upkeep: Maintain a sterile environment, manage inventory of consumables, and ensure treatment rooms are prepped.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Around 1 year of experience working in a professional skin or aesthetic clinic. Freshers having diploma in cosmetology can also apply.
- Clinical Knowledge: Strong understanding of common skin procedures and aesthetic equipment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English/Hindi to handle patient queries effectively.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to use clinic management software or basic computer tools for scheduling and billing.
Work Schedule & Benefits
- Schedule: Full-time, 6 days a week.
