We are looking for an experienced Senior Tool Design Engineer with strong expertise in Cap & Closure Mould Design. The candidate will be responsible for independently handling end-to-end mould design activities, particularly high-cavitation moulds for export-quality applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Cap & Closure injection moulds.
- Handle complete mould design from concept to final design.
- Design high-cavity moulds, including 48–96 cavity moulds.
- Prepare detailed 3D models, assemblies and 2D manufacturing drawings.
- Ensure mould designs meet quality, performance and manufacturing requirements.
- Coordinate with tool room, production and other engineering teams.
- Resolve design-related issues and make necessary design modifications.
- Manage complete design activities with minimal supervision.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of relevant mould design experience.
- Mandatory experience in Cap & Closure mould design.
- Strong experience in high-cavitation / multi-cavity moulds.
- Experience with export-quality mould design will be preferred.
- Proficiency in PTC Creo / Creo Parametric.
- Strong knowledge of injection mould design, tooling and manufacturing.
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end mould design projects.
- Product design experience will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
