Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Deliver engaging lessons in Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics for Senior Secondary levels (Class 11 & 12).
- Exam Preparation: Prepare students for Board exams and provide foundational coaching for professional courses like CA Foundation or CMA.
- Resource Development: Create comprehensive notes, practice worksheets, and mock tests that simplify difficult accounting principles.
- Mentorship: Monitor student progress, provide individual feedback, and conduct doubt-clearing sessions to ensure no student falls behind.
- Technology Integration: Utilize digital tools and presentations to make commerce subjects interactive and relevant to real-world scenarios.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Post-graduate degree in Commerce (M.Com) or an MBA in Finance. B.Ed is preferred.
- Experience: 2–5 years of teaching experience in a reputed school or coaching institute.
- Subject Expertise: Strong command over Double Entry Bookkeeping, Financial Statement Analysis, and Partnership/Company Accounts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to break down complex numerical problems into easy-to-understand steps.
