Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled technology professional to deliver high-quality digital solutions for global clients. The role is we are looking for an experienced Oracle Retail Functional Lead to manage AMS support for MFCS and associated modules, ensuring smooth business operations and SLA adherence.
Key Responsibilities

Lead AMS functional support (L2/L3)

Handle complex business issues and escalations

Provide support across: o Item & Foundation Data o Inventory & Replenishment o Pricing & Costing o ReSA / ReIM

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues

Coordinate with technical team for data fixes

Support UAT
-
Guide business users and conduct trainings
-
Ensure SLA compliance and reporting
Required Skills

Strong functional knowledge of MFCS modules

Experience in retail finance flow (ReSA/ReIM/Stock Ledger)

Good understanding of retail business processes

Ability to handle client communication
