We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Digital Marketing Counselor to guide prospective students, drive admissions, and contribute to the growth of our Digital Marketing programs.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counseling & Admissions
- Counsel prospective students regarding Digital Marketing courses and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend the most suitable course.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling and follow-up.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online leads professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential students until admission.
Lead Management
- Manage leads generated through social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Update student details in the CRM or admission tracking system.
- Ensure timely responses to all inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Course Promotion
- Explain course curriculum, certifications, opportunities, and placement assistance.
- Promote new batches, workshops, webinars, and special offers.
- Coordinate with the marketing team during promotional campaigns.
Student Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Address queries regarding admissions, schedules, and career prospects.
- Ensure a positive admission experience from inquiry to enrollment.
Team Coordination
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Academic teams.
- Share feedback received from students to improve services.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA or Marketing background preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in educational counseling, admissions, telecalling, sales, or customer relationship management.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Lead conversion and follow-up expertise.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts.
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
