- Job Description Contract Drafting Specialist
- We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced Contract Drafting Specialist to join our contracts management team
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting medium complexity supplier contracts while ensuring compliance with legal standards and organizational policies
- Key Responsibilities
- Draft review and finalize a wide range of contracts including vendor agreements service contracts MSAs PSAs SOWs and amendment agreements
- Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders procurement finance operations legal to gather requirements and align contract terms
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and amendments
- Provide guidance and support to team members on contract related matters
- Support contract lifecycle management and continuous process improvement
- Education Qualifications
- Law degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience in contract drafting
- Strong understanding of contract law commercial terms and risk management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office experience with contract management tools is a plus
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a technology or large multinational organization
- Familiarity with data privacy and compliance requirements
