- Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm client appointments.
- Register new clients and maintain accurate records.
- Handle billing, collect payments, and issue receipts.
- Coordinate with doctors, dietitians, therapists, and other staff.
- Explain clinic services, packages, and promotions to prospective clients.
- Follow up with clients regarding appointments and treatment plans.
- Maintain reception and waiting areas in a clean and organized manner.
- Manage daily reports, cash handling, and administrative documentation.
- Good communication skills in English and the local language.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, clinic management software).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
