We are looking for a experienced Recruitment Manager to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support hiring requirements across different departments. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements from different departments.
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, references, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interview schedules with department heads and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers.
- Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding activities.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per company requirements.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
- Generate daily and weekly recruitment reports.
Required Skills
- Min 5 years experience in bulk recruitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing methods.
- Basic understanding of interview and screening techniques.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in bulk hiring and field recruitment.
- Experience in using job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, and LinkedIn.
- Experience in recruitment for multiple departments and industries.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
