Role Objective:
We are looking for a Project Manager who can drive end-to-end execution of design and interior projects - from planning to final delivery. This role requires strong coordination across design, site, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Own complete project lifecycle from kickoff to handover
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and execution plans
- Ensure adherence to timelines and delivery commitments
2. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the bridge between designers, 3D visualizers, site teams, and vendors
- Align all stakeholders to project goals and timelines
- Ensure design intent is maintained during execution
3. Site & Vendor Management
- Oversee on-site progress and execution quality
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Resolve on-ground challenges proactively
4. Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during execution
- Share regular updates on project progress
- Manage expectations and handle escalations
5. Budget & Cost Control
- Monitor project budgets and expenses
- Ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality
- Track billing milestones and vendor payments
6. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure work meets design specifications and quality standards
- Conduct regular site reviews and audits
- Maintain documentation and reporting
7. Problem Solving & Risk Management
- Identify risks early and take corrective actions
- Handle delays, design changes, and execution challenges effectively
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management
- Understanding of interior design / construction processes
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in interior/project execution roles
- Experience in managing residential or commercial interior projects
