Job Role: Back Office ExecutiveJob Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, managing documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and documentation.
- Process and verify data with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare reports, invoices, and other business documents as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Handle email correspondence and maintain proper filing systems.
- Assist in inventory, order processing, and document management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in a back-office or administrative role (freshers may also apply, if applicable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good typing speed and data entry skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of ERP or CRM software is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
