Admissions Executive (Telecaller) – Work From Home
RIDDIX Academy is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Admissions Executive (Telecaller) to join our growing team. If you enjoy talking to people, building relationships, and helping students choose the right course, this is the perfect opportunity.
This is a full-time remote (Work From Home) position with a fixed salary plus attractive performance incentives.
Salary
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month
- Performance-based Incentives & Bonuses
- Earn up to ₹30,000+ per month based on performance
Job Responsibilities
- Call all new leads generated daily (approximately 30 fresh leads/day)
- Follow up with existing leads regularly
- Explain RIDDIX Academy courses clearly
- Understand student requirements and answer their questions
- Invite interested students for a FREE Demo Session
- Schedule demo appointments
- Send course details through WhatsApp after each call
- Maintain daily lead updates in Google Sheets/CRM
- Follow up until the student completes admission
Daily Expectations
- Contact all fresh leads
- Complete pending follow-up calls
- Book demo sessions
- Update daily call reports
- Meet daily activity targets
Incentive Structure
(Applicable from the 6th admission onwards)
- Crash Course (₹15,000): ₹1,000 per admission
- Pro DJ Course (₹40,000): ₹2,000 per admission
- Advanced DJ + Music Production (₹60,000): ₹3,000 per admission
Performance Bonus
- 10 Admissions – ₹5,000 Bonus
- 15 Admissions – ₹10,000 Bonus
- 20 Admissions – ₹15,000 Bonus
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and basic English
- Confident speaking over the phone
- Good follow-up and convincing skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets
- Basic computer knowledge
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets and online tools
- Smartphone with reliable internet connection
- Quiet work environment for making calls
