About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated ERP Sales Specialist to drive business growth by identifying opportunities, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing ERP software sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong consultative selling skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to engage with decision-makers across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital channels, and field visits.
- Identify client requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
- Conduct virtual and in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners, CXOs, department heads, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and negotiate contracts.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Coordinate with the implementation and technical teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and forecasts in CRM.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- MBA is mandatory (Marketing, Sales, International Business, or related specialization preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in ERP, SaaS, CRM, or enterprise software sales.
- Strong understanding of ERP solutions and business processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage with senior management and decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling ERP solutions to Manufacturing, Trading, Retail, Distribution, or Service industries.
- Consultative and solution-based selling approach.
- Strong lead generation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
