Lead Generation & Business Development Executive

Treble-D Solutions is looking for a proactive, resourceful, and target-driven Lead Generation & Business Development Executive to help us generate qualified international leads for our website development, e-commerce, mobile app development, software, SEO, and digital marketing services.
We are not looking for someone who only works on one platform. We need a person who can use their experience, creativity, research skills, and outreach knowledge to identify potential clients and create new business opportunities through multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate quality leads from international markets, including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
- Identify businesses that may need website design, web development, Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, mobile app development, custom software development, SEO, digital marketing, or related services.
- Build and manage lead-generation campaigns using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email, email marketing, online research, directories, referrals, social media, communities, and other relevant B2B platforms.
- Use freelance and marketplace platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, or similar channels whenever relevant opportunities are available.
- Research prospects, understand their business needs, and write personalized outreach messages.
- Connect with founders, CEOs, CTOs, marketing heads, e-commerce managers, product managers, and other decision-makers.
- Follow up consistently through email, LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp, or other suitable channels.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain updated lead records, communication history, and deal stages in CRM, Google Sheets, or assigned tools.
- Work with the sales, marketing, design, development, and mobile app teams to prepare proposals, estimates, and client presentations.
- Test new lead-generation platforms, outreach methods, and campaign ideas to find scalable sources of business.
- Track and report key performance metrics, including leads generated, response rates, meetings booked, opportunities created, and conversions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, international business development, IT sales, agency sales, or mobile app/software sales.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, cold email campaigns, prospect research, and follow-up processes.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to identify decision-makers and build targeted prospect lists.
- Experience with CRM tools, Google Sheets, email outreach tools, and lead databases.
- Basic understanding of website development, e-commerce, mobile applications, custom software, SEO, and digital marketing services.
- Strong research skills, confidence in client communication, and a results-driven mindset.
- Experience with Upwork or other freelancing platforms is preferred, but it is not the primary focus of this role.
