We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our IT services business. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, identifying potential clients, and supporting the sales team by creating qualified opportunities for our IT solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through online research, LinkedIn, calls, emails, and networking.
- Identify companies that require IT security, networking, and cybersecurity services.
- Collect and maintain database of potential clients (email, phone, company details).
- Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales/business development team.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and responses in CRM or Excel.
- Work closely with the sales and technical team.
- Achieve monthly lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Lead Generation / Inside Sales / IT Sales.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, and online research.
- Basic knowledge of IT services will be an advantage.
