About the Role
We're looking for a Social Media Executive with hands-on experience managing media and entertainment brands. If you've worked with OTT platforms, TV channels, production houses, movie promotions, celebrities, or entertainment-focused brands, we'd love to hear from you. You'll be responsible for planning, creating, and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, build communities, and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Create monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives and campaign requirements.
- Write engaging social media copy and coordinate with designers and video editors for creative execution.
- Manage day-to-day publishing, community management, and audience engagement.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns for shows, films, events, and digital content.
- Monitor trends, memes, and platform updates to create timely and relevant content.
- Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize strategies based on insights.
- Coordinate with clients and internal creative teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage influencer collaborations and social media partnerships where required.
Requirements
- 0–1 years of experience in social media management.
- Prior experience handling media and entertainment clients is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of content trends, audience behaviour, and platform algorithms.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple brands simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of paid social campaigns is an added advantage.
