Role Description
You will manage the front-end of our sales cycle. This role offers work-from-home flexibility, but it requires strong organizational habits, consistent follow-ups, and careful data management to ensure no leads fall through the cracks. Your primary objective is to engage prospects, understand their needs, and seamlessly hand over qualified leads to the senior team for closing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to incoming leads and maintain a structured, persistent follow-up schedule.
- Engage B2B prospects to gather critical business requirements and qualify their intent.
- Hand off qualified, actionable data to the senior sales team efficiently.
- Maintain accurate daily activity logs in Excel and update the internal CRM (training provided
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, active listening, and persuasive interpersonal skills suited for B2B engagement.
- Standard sales competencies: ability to handle initial objections and operate with a high degree of persistence.
- Proficiency in accurately managing and updating Excel spreadsheets.
- A results-driven mindset with the discipline to work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Basic technical aptitude with a willingness to learn and operate our internal CRM system.
