Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager Data Science! In this role you will lead the development and deployment of advanced analytical models and machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven strategies and ensure best practices in ethical AI and model governance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Data Scientist (AI & Gen AI) - Core AI & ML - Develop train and optimize machine learning models (supervised unsupervised reinforcement learning) for predictive and prescriptive insights. - Build scalable data pipelines and feature engineering workflows to support AI models. - Apply advanced statistical techniques for experimentation (A/B tests causal inference regression analysis). - Gen AI (Generative AI) - Design fine-tune and deploy Large Language Models (LL Ms) for use cases like summarization text generation retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and multi-agent workflows. - Implement prompt engineering chain-of-thought design and evaluation frameworks to improve Gen AI outputs. - Build domain-specific knowledge bases and vector databases for contextualized AI responses. - Integrate Gen AI with enterprise systems (e.g. - SAP CRM Service Now) to enable intelligent automation. - Data & Engineering Collaboration - Partner with Data Engineers to ensure clean reliable and well-structured datasets for model consumption. - Collaborate with ML Engineers to productionize models with CI/CD ML Ops and monitoring. - Work with UX/Product teams to translate model outputs into actionable insights and intuitive dashboards. - Business & Domain - Understand business problems and map them into AI/Gen AI solutions with measurable ROI. - Translate technical insights into business-friendly narratives for leadership and clients. - Identify emerging AI/Gen AI trends and evaluate their relevance to business strategy. - Governance & Ethics - Ensure models comply with responsible AI principles: fairness transparency explainability and bias mitigation. - Establish monitoring frameworks for accuracy drift hallucinations and ethical risks in Gen AI usage.
