Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeline.
Co-ordinate with Warehouse for order processing.
Maintain Pending orders.
Submit offers by referring to price lists and product literature.
Prepare Proforma Invoice & Quotation.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
Development of New customers for different product categories.
Meeting Customers and maintaining long term business relationship.
Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual sales analyses.
Creation of Sales report for Decision making
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
