Onboarding & Training: Ensure FLLs provide timely and effective onboarding and on-the-job training for new sales personnel (FLSs) to ensure successful probation.
Operational Excellence: Oversee sales management processes, organizational initiatives, and business hygiene to ensure efficiency.
