Job Overview:
We are hiring a performance-focused Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead digital initiatives that drive leads, enhance brand positioning, and deliver tangible business impact. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with multi-channel expertise and the ability to manage campaigns end-to-end with a strong focus on ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and
brand growth.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads,
and social media platforms.
- Oversee content marketing initiatives including blogs, case studies, website updates, and
email campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and continuously optimize strategies to improve ROI.
- Conduct industry research and competitor analysis to identify trends and implement new
strategies.
- Manage client onboarding and ensure smooth execution of end-to-end digital marketing
activities.
- Develop and implement monthly growth plans for clients and internal projects.
- Handle website management and coordination for website development (including WordPress and basic HTML understanding).
- Coordinate with internal teams including graphic designers, video editors, and external
stakeholders such as influencers.
- Manage and optimize the use of digital marketing tools and internal agency tools.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with internal teams and external
stakeholders at all levels.
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and deliverables efficiently.
- Manage WhatsApp API automation and execute end-to-end webinar operations including setup, communication, and performance tracking.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the digital marketing team (prior team handling experience is an advantage).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a specialization in Digital Marketing.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in B2B industry).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Google Analytics.
- Experience in webinar setup, e-commerce marketing, remarketing and custom audience
targeting.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools.
- Good understanding of website management (WordPress and basic HTML knowledge
preferred).
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and team management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, resources, and deadlines effectively
