Position: HR Executive / HR Generalist
Location: Panchkula
Shift: Night Shift
Experience Required: 3–4 Years
Salary: Up to ₹50,000 In-Hand (Based on Experience & Skills)

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Employee engagement and retention activities
- Attendance and leave management
- HR documentation and compliance
- Coordination with different departments
- Handling employee queries and grievances
- Maintaining HR records and reports
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Ability to work in night shifts
- Good knowledge of MS Office and HR practices
