Job Summary:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries efficiently. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, and assist customers with their orders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues through anydesk, ultraviewer etc, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the customer support system.
- Should be open to travel within India to support schools and colleges for a certain period of time.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer support processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continually improve customer service skills.
- Uploading data on the platform for students and teachers.
- Need to work on the support desk tools like ZOHO etc.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and other relevant computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Should have basic knowledge of MS office, primarily Excel.
