Job Purpose
To supervise packing and dispatch operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and safe packing and delivery of finished bottles while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise packing and dispatch activities.
- Ensure product quality and correct packaging.
- Monitor dispatch documentation and inventory.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Logistics.
- Supervise manpower and maintain discipline.
- Ensure housekeeping and safety compliance.
- Prepare daily packing and dispatch reports.
Qualification
Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
3–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing industry.
Skills Required
- Leadership and team management.
- Communication and coordination.
- Inventory and documentation management.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/ERP).
- Problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
