Job Summary
IBIS Academy is looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle inbound and outbound enquiries, communicate with prospective learners, and collect relevant information through phone calls. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer-focused interaction, and accurate data management to support the admissions and counselling process.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend inbound and outbound calls professionally to handle customer enquiries and provide information about IBIS programs.
- Collect and verify customer details accurately in the CRM system.
- Understand learner requirements and provide basic information about courses, campuses, fees, scholarships, and admission procedures.
- Schedule counselling appointments with the admissions team.
- Follow up with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and enquiry updates.
- Ensure timely response to customer queries and concerns.
- Coordinate with admissions, academic, and support teams for query resolution.
- Achieve daily productivity and customer engagement targets.
- Support prospective learners throughout the admission journey and ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Additional language skills such as Tamil or Kannada will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM/data entry skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle calls professionally and build positive customer relationships.
Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, admissions, or customer support is preferred.
