Hiring: CRM & D2C Logistics Executive
We are looking for an experienced CRM & D2C Logistics Executive to manage daily logistics operations, NDR follow-ups, customer communication and shipment delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage logistics portals like Fship, Shipyaari, Shiprocket, etc.
- Handle NDR orders and coordinate for successful delivery.
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery-related issues.
- Coordinate with courier partners for delayed/stuck shipments.
- Maintain accurate logistics reports and data in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ensure timely delivery and reduce RTO through proper follow-ups.
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in D2C Logistics / eCommerce Operations / CRM
✅ Strong knowledge of NDR management and courier operations
✅ Good knowledge of Fship, Shipyaari, Shiprocket or similar portals
✅ Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills
✅ Good communication and customer-handling skills
✅ Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities
